Orders and inventory are synchronized in real time between your store and our WMS, ensuring seamless and reliable management while delivering a better customer experience.
The connection can be established via FTP or API, depending on your needs, to automate and speed up data exchanges
How does it work?
Your orders are sent directly to our WMS and then processed by our team.
Data exchanges take place via FTP or API: FTP allows for multiple automatic synchronizations per day, while the API provides near-real-time updates.
Upon receipt of new merchandise, our team inspects it and records it in the WMS. Inventory levels are then automatically updated in your CMS.
Thanks to our Order Manager module, you also have access to your dashboard on our WMS. There, you can easily track and manage your incoming shipments, orders, inventory, and customer files. Need your data for analysis? It can be exported in various formats, including Excel, to generate your statistics and track progress.
